2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data collected through the contact form is necessary to manage the user’s request and, where applicable, send commercial information via electronic means.

In cases where the individuals have expressly requested it, the data will be shared with entities within the UNIKAL group for the purpose of sending commercial information about the products and services of those companies via electronic means. Users can find information about UNIKAL group companies in section 6 of this Privacy Policy.

Additionally, personal data may be processed for:

• Managing the sale of goods and services, invoicing, accounting, collections, outstanding payments, offers, quotes, and contracts, customer service, contact, and business relationships with clients.
• Tracking business opportunities for potential clients.
• Managing purchases, accounting, payments, delivery notes, orders, contact, and business relationships with suppliers.
• Sending newsletters with information about updates, products, and services related to UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS or its industry.
• Responding to requests for information about products and services.
• Efficiently handling phone calls, with the possibility of recording them to improve service quality.

No automated decisions will be made, nor will profiling be conducted that produces legal effects on users or significantly affects them in a similar manner. However, UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS may tailor the information sent to users’ interests.

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

The personal data that may be processed include:

• Identification data: Name, surname, email, and phone number.
• Commercial information.
• Transactions of goods and services.
• Economic and financial data.

No specially protected data is processed.

4. DATA SOURCE

The data is provided by users through the corresponding forms or provided by the Specialized Partners that make up the UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS group.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The data provided by users is processed based on their consent. Likewise, the communication of data to UNIKAL group companies is carried out based on the consent given by the individuals concerned.

Additionally, data may be processed based on:

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, such as the General Tax Law, the Commercial Code, among others.
• Execution of a contract, for the provision of contracted products and/or services.

6. DATA RECIPIENTS

If the user has expressly requested it, their data may be shared with UNIKAL group companies for the purpose of sending commercial information via electronic means.

Additionally, UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS collaborates with third-party service providers who may have access to personal data and process it on behalf of and under the instructions of UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS, such as IT maintenance companies, technology services, transportation, and advertising agencies.

No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are made. If such a transfer occurs, UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS will ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. USER RIGHTS

Users may exercise the following rights:

• Access: Obtain confirmation on whether their data is being processed.
• Rectification: Modify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request that their data no longer be processed.
• Restriction of processing: Request that certain processing activities not be applied to their data.
• Data portability: Receive their data in a structured format or request its transmission to another controller.
• Objection: Request that their data not be processed for specific reasons.

Users can exercise these rights by sending a written communication with a copy of their ID to dpo-virtual@unikal.tech or by mail to C. Laguna del Marquesado, 14, 28021 Madrid.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be retained:

• For the period established by law.
• For the necessary time to fulfill operational obligations and determine possible liabilities arising from processing.

9. SECURITY MEASURES

UNIKAL TECH PARTNERS will implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data processed, in accordance with current regulations.

10. RIGHT TO FILE COMPLAINTS

Users may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es) in case of any incident in data processing or to file a complaint.

11. PRIVACY POLICY MODIFICATIONS

This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically based on legislative changes or modifications in data processing. It is recommended to review this Privacy Policy regularly.
